Fash Savvy — Refund & Return Policy

At Fash Savvy, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is quick, simple, and transparent. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on fashsavvy.com.

1. Standard 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In the original packaging

With all tags still attached

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Once your return is approved, we will send you:

A prepaid return shipping label

Step-by-step instructions on where to send your package

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is: Defective, Damaged, Incorrect (wrong size, wrong item, etc.)

Contact us immediately at info@fashsavvy.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on: Custom or personalized items, Perishable goods, Personal care or beauty items, Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return: Sale items, Gift cards  If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before submitting a return.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

The fastest method is:  Submit a return request for the original item

Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

This helps ensure the item you want doesn’t sell out.

 

5. EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, even without a specific justification.

The item must still be:

Unused and unworn

With tags attached

In its original packaging

Returned with proof of purchase

 

6. Refund Processing Times

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.

 

If approved:

 

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at info@fashsavvy.com so we can assist.
